Payment and ordering questions
Nothing is bought on this website. Orders begin with an enquiry, and these answers explain how payment, cancellation and refunds work.
How do I order a service?
Send an enquiry through the contact page with your event details. We reply with questions if needed, then send a written quotation. When you accept it in writing, we send a confirmation. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to the quotation.
What does a quotation include?
It lists the services, crew, equipment, dates, venue and the total price in pounds sterling. It states what is included and what would change the price. Read it carefully and ask us about anything unclear before you accept.
How do I pay?
After confirmation we send an invoice, which is paid by bank transfer. The invoice shows our bank details, the amount and the payment terms. We do not take card payments or payments through this website.
What can change the price?
The main factors are the number of cameras and sources, the length of the day, crew size, travel and overnight needs, and any extra equipment. If your requirements change after quotation, we tell you and confirm any adjustment in writing before work goes ahead.
Can I cancel after confirming?
Yes, but cancellation terms apply and depend on how close the event is. They are set out in our payment and refund policy, and we also state them in the quotation. Please tell us as soon as your plans change.
When would I receive a refund?
Refunds follow our payment and refund policy. If we cancel or cannot deliver the service as agreed, we refund what you have paid for it. If you cancel, any refund depends on the notice given and costs already committed.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
The prices shown are starting points, and your written quotation states clearly whether VAT applies and how much. We show the figure you will actually be invoiced so there are no surprises at payment.
Do you charge for a site visit?
For larger jobs such as a control room fit-out or a complex outside broadcast, a visit helps us plan properly. Whether it is charged is stated in your quotation before you agree to anything.
