Four specialists cover system design, vision mixing, engineering and streaming, so one small crew can take a show from first call to final feed.

Each of us has a clear role on a production, from planning the system to cutting the show. You will know who is responsible for what before the day begins.

Priya cuts live multi-camera shows and coaches new operators on timing and calm communication.
Callum designs signal routing and builds the racks, cabling and intercom behind each control room.
Hannah coordinates streamed productions from first call to final feed, keeping clients informed at each step.
A live show goes well when everyone knows their part and speaks plainly. We keep the team small and the responsibilities clear, so decisions are quick and nothing is left to chance.
Oliver and Callum plan the signal flow, rack layout and intercom before anything is packed. We agree sources, cameras and graphics with you in writing, and walk through the running order so the crew arrives knowing the show. Questions are settled in advance rather than during rehearsal, which leaves the time on site for checks and a proper run-through.
During a show, talkback is short and precise. Priya sets the tone in the gallery, calling cues and confirming each change so operators are never guessing. If something goes wrong, we say what has happened and what we are doing about it, without raising our voices. That habit keeps producers and directors able to think clearly.
Hannah keeps clients informed from the first enquiry to the final feed, so you always know the status of your production. We confirm arrangements in writing, tell you early about anything that changes, and review the show afterwards. Passing knowledge to your own staff through operator training is part of how we like to work.
