Services

The live production work we offer, how a control room job is carried out, and the steps from your first enquiry to the show.

What we offer

Six services for live television and streaming

Our services cover the technical side of live production, from building a control room to cutting the show itself. You can take one service on its own or combine several, depending on what your team already has and what it lacks.

  1. Multi-camera switching

Experienced vision mixers cut your live show across several cameras, graphics and replay sources in real time.

  2. Control room design and build

We plan and fit out compact control rooms, from rack layout and monitor walls to cabling and intercom.

  3. Live streaming production

End-to-end operation of streamed events, including encoding, signal routing and monitoring of the outgoing feed.

  4. Real-time video operation

Trained operators run playout, graphics, replay and remote feeds throughout your live broadcast.

  5. Production deck rental and crew

Portable production decks supplied with a technical crew for outside broadcasts and studio days.

  6. Operator training

Practical sessions that teach your in-house team switching, signal flow and live show discipline.

Tell us the venue, number of cameras and where the feed must go, and we will work out scope with you. Prices follow that scope and are set out in a written quotation.

In detail

Control room design and build

  1. Room and rack layout

We plan where racks, desks and operators sit so that sight lines are good and equipment is easy to reach. The plan reflects your space, your show size and how many people work in the room.

  2. Monitor wall and sight lines

We choose how many screens you need and place them so the director and vision mixer can read every source at a glance, without craning or relying on a small preview.

  3. Cabling and signal routing

Callum designs the routing and builds the cabling, labelling each run. The documentation we hand over lets your engineers trace any signal and make changes safely.

  4. Intercom and testing

We fit and test the intercom so the whole crew can be heard clearly, then run the room through a full check before handover to catch faults while nothing is at stake.

How it works

From first enquiry to the final feed

Every job follows the same sequence, whether it is a single show or a full control room build. You always know what is happening next and what has been agreed.

  1. Send an enquiry

Use the contact page to describe your show or project. Tell us the venue, the cameras you expect and the date you have in mind, and we will come back with questions.

  2. Discuss the scope

We talk through what you need and what is not required. This is the point to raise budget, crew size and any technical limits at the venue.

  3. Receive a written quotation

We send a written quotation setting out what is included and what could change the price. You can ask questions before confirming in writing.

  4. Prepare and rehearse

Equipment is tested and the crew rehearses with your director. Any build work is carried out and documented, and we confirm the final running order.

  5. Deliver and invoice

We run the show or hand over the room, then send an invoice that follows the quotation. Payment is by bank transfer, and refunds follow our payment and refund policy.
